Absolute Inspection has conducted the first inspection and I am impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Initially I thought I can do my own inspection. But quickly I realised that I don't even know the standard, therefore it is no possible for me to conduct any inspection. It is just not the expertise of my field. Engaging the professionals for the inspection service is essential. Surprisingly, many sources led to Absolute Inspection. Mr Tan Wee Kwang quickly set an appointment to cater for my schedule. The defect specialist, Ben has done a great job and he has performed a detailed and thorough check for the entire apartment , including the locks fixture. Wee Kwang himself will also ask us to contact him , if there are any questions. Very good service. Wayne came to inspect our unit. After around 3hrs, he walked us through all the defects and explain each point in detail. He filled up the defect forms (many pages) neatly on our behalf, we just need to sign. What a breeze! I engage Absolute Inspection for new unit handover by developer due to good review. It is a best decision i made. Wayne came for the first inspection, he armed with all the gears. 5l bag to verify the water drainage. Tapping on the various place to check. mirrors to check the door seal etc.. They do checks on structural, appliances and fixtures. Practically everything in the unit. The second and third follow up on joint inspections is equally through by Ronald. I do not need to worry about the checks. He spot more few defects and provide recommendation if it is needed to be done. They attentive to the detail and try to talk to contractor to accommodate the timeline (i have to do the curtain and lights fitting and handover to tenant within two week of key collections). I would definitely engage them for my future works.
Wayne was really thorough with the checks in the first inspection. Things which I would have missed were all picked up by him. It's money well spent. The way that he documented it all down was clear and easy to understand as well.

Wee Kwang and his team were fantastic in the execution of their work. I first decided to engage he and his team after reading many different articles on defects checking and browsing through a few defect checking companies. Wee Kwang was prompt in his responses either through email or whatsapp and always tried his best to accommodate my requests. I was especially appreciative of the last minute request that I had to ask of his team (less than 5 days notice) because of a short deadline given by the main contractor. However, Wee Kwang managed to work things out and in the same day that I asked this of him, he managed to find someone who could come down to help me. On that note, Absolute Inspection did a very thorough job in going through and labelling the the various defects found throughout the unit. After they were done with their checks, the person who came down (Kim and his partner), explained to us the different defects that they labelled and which ones were the serious problems as well as some which were acceptable (which were still labelled to let the main contractor do up). In the joint inspection with the developer, Kim came down again and communicated the defects found to them clearly. He highlighted the serious defects and made sure that the developer took note of them. In the final check after the defects were done, Ronald(who took over from Kim), went through again the list of defects and what was done. He made sure that the developer was aware of all exisiting defects that had not been rectified and made sure that the developer would complete them as soon as possible. With Absolute Inspection, the process of defects checking of my unit was smooth and well done. While only a personal gut feeling, with a defects check team, it felt as though the main contractors were more thorough in their clearing of defects and making sure that the rectification works were up to standard. Hence, I fully recommend Absolute Inspection to anyone in the market looking for a defects check company.

The service provided by Absolute Inspection was top notch. Right from the start, Wee Kwang is very responsive and prompt. Once I informed him my key collection date, he managed to arrange an inspector to check on the same day. Inspector Wayne was very punctual and started inspecting the lobby area while waiting for our arrival. We were very impressed by his efficiency. The entire first inspection was very thorough yet fast. Wee Kwang was very accommodating and we managed to get the first inspection done 4 days from key collection. Prior to collecting my keys, I was researching and deciding if I should be doing my own inspection or engaging a professional service. After a few nights, I felt that I should let the professional to review them, after all it’s a place that I will be living in. I’ve gotten Wee Kwang’s contact from a friend and Whatsapp him. Fast response! He was very helpful and answered all my queries patiently. Inspection appt was also arranged within the next few days. Wow! Absolute Inspection came highly recommended by a friend and it lived up to its name. Money well spent 👍 I am dealing with an ID who is really expensive, very calculative, over-promise, average-poor workmanship, poor customer service, and consistently brushing me off by saying “that’s standard practice for renovation”. Whenever we ask her to rectify some issue, she would get really argumentative and offensive. So we engaged inspector Ronald who came and managed to appease everyone with his extremely high EQ. Most importantly, he managed to get the ID to rectify some of the carpentry and flooring issues. After that, he continued to answer some of our queries. Highly recommend Absolute Inspection, it’s a fraction of the renovation cost but I feel it is worth every cent. 👍👍
It was easy setting up the first inspection and the subsequent joint inspection through Wee Kwang. The first inspection was conducted by Wayne who was punctual and very meticulous. There were so many defects which I would likely not have noticed if I had done the inspection on my own. Absolute is very professional in their job. Wee Kwang was very responsive and replies promptly. His team of about 4 came down and completed the inspection within 2.5 hrs. The team (Wayne and others) was very thorough and detail and managed to find a few major defects which I would not be able to identify. The good thing about Absolute is that they seemed to be well known in the industry and contractors would not doubt their professional assessment, eliminating conflicts and delay. Wee Kwang even personally helped for the 2nd inspection which I appreciated a lot. Ronald was very detailed during the 3rd inspection, ensuring that defects were fixed satisfactorily. Overall, very responsive, professional and friendly.

Just finished my 3rd follow-up inspection with absolute inspection. What a professional and great team. They found major defects such as a cracked window and missing gaskets on window panels. At first, my family members was wondering why is there a need to hire an inspector. Once Wayne did his inspection, I was truly impressed that I been telling my family members that the inspection fee was worth every single cent spent. Wayne is a fast and detail inspector.He able to spot defect such as gap above the main door (nobody would have thought of) and even dust (panel need to remove first) .. Explain in detail all defects.. Highly recommend his services
Had a good experience with Absolute Inspection (Wayne). The service was thorough and every corner of the house was checked. Through the check, major defects and cosmetic defects were found (would not have found these defects myself). Defects were then written down systematically according to the different rooms. Overall a great experience, would suggest others to engage their service.
After the first and second round of defect inspection, I find out that it is important to have experience people to ensure that your flat is ok, especially for first timer, because for me, I really do not know where to start and where to look for defects, like totally clueless. they really help a lot and I had around 50+ defects on my flat during the first inspection, they will go through with me 1 by 1 what are the defects and what to look out for, especially for those major defect. For those small defects, we will even notice with one glance. I must say they have sharp eyes. Haha We spend around 2-3 hours for our first inspection. For the joint inspection, everything is communicate between the site supervisor and absolute inspection. Everything was taken care of, like what needs to be done and what need them to repair. Overall, I’m happy to get them to help me with the defects inspection and I can say they are very knowledgeable on what they are doing. It really allow me to ease this burden off my shoulder! As a new house owner, just gotten our keys but completely clueless what to check. Thanks to Absolute Inspection, the defects check were absolutely taken care of. Kim is our first round of inspector and he is certainly meticulous. He checked every spot, corners, walls, pipes, windows, doors - can say 99.99% of the whole house covered. I am glad and relieved that we engaged Absolute Inspection. We will never have reported so much defects without their inspection. Ronald is our second round of inspector and he is very knowledgeable. I collected my keys last month. Contacted Absolute Inspection to inspect my house. .Highly recommended by my brother who has engaged them earlier. First Inspection with Kim (Defects checking) , 2nd Inspection (survey with HDB contractor) and 3rd Inspection (Defects rectification check) with Wee Kwang went very well. During the 3rd Inspection, Wee Kwang spotted defects that were not rectified during. He reassured me that he will follow up even though it was the last inspection. Chris was thorough and efficient in his inspection. He gave a summary at the end which help. He explained why some of the defects I found were minor or should be left as it is. He also shared a possible room lock out scenario, due to hdb's door lock design. While I did an initial inspection with help from a friend with some experience, I would recommend new home owners to use this service for a peace of mind, and as a lesson.

The 3 different inspectors that came to my BTO unit were all professional in the tasks that exceeded my expectation of them. The 1st visit inspection detected a lot more defects then I expected and in a shorter period of time than expected. I am glad that I opted for the package with the 2nd and 3rd inspection, as the inspectors helped to speed up the walkthrough with BSC- A lot. Also, I am pleased that Absolute Inspection was able to deploy their staff on short notice. They really put in effort.

I was once skeptical of an inspection service is needed given that my ID would provide complementary defect inspection for free. However after witnessing the meticulous work done by Chris I was convinced that anyone buying a new place should engage with a professional inspection service like this. Chris found 10 times more defects than my agent, ID or myself, many of which would be total disappointment and regret if left unnoticed. Among all spending I’ve done for my new place, I would say this is the only one that I’m sure was 100% worth the price.

Another happy customer here, highly recommended for new home owner who is going to collect their keys. They are very professional and the defects they pickup in just few hours, personally I will never be able to accomplished even given weeks and will probably miss out a lot of defects. As a first time home owner, I have completely no clue on how to perform defect check for my new place. Furthermore time is money, so I decided to engage Wee Kwang's team for this. Setting up the appointment with Wee Kwang was really quick and fuss free. I received a quotation and booked a time slot swiftly. On the day of the inspection, Wayne arrived on time and immediately got to work. He completed the inspection in two hours and went on to explain the major defects to me patiently. Chris came for the initial inspection. He was fast and efficient and did not miss anything. The whole check took almost 4 hours and there were 96 defects minor/major altogether. After BSC rectifications, Wee Kwang came to do a rectification check. He was also very thorough and efficient and again discovered some minor defects that needed BSC to touchup. Wee Kwang and Chris from Absolute Inspection came to my new place for defect checks. 😳They were very detailed in their inspections and more importantly they were very patient explaining to me about the defects reported, 😂even though I am just a layman and would not be able to see the defects, even ID may not be able to pick them up.😝 I left the whole inspection process to them and upon return to my unit, I was told about the major defects found. 💤At least I have a peace of mind to believe that my house is in good hands and they will follow up for me, for developer to rectify the identified defects. They may not be the cheapest but able to deliver well in the service provided and promised. As a first time home owner, I am totally clueless on how to perform defects check and what to look out for. Came to know Absolute Inspection though neighbour’s FB sharing and decided to engage Absolute Inspection as my defects checker. I have to say that everything is a swift as Wee Kwang respond was prompt and appointment fix within short lead time. Chris performed very detailed check for my unit. He spotted those defects ie metal gate not align, window panels gap and algae in the bowl and master bed room wall hair line crack which I never notice after 2 visit to the unit. He also explained those stickers that he had tag and generated a report for me to file to HDB. Thanks Chris and Wee Kwang 🙂

Kenneth eyes was really sharp and almost 99% of defects did not miss his eyes. He did not rush through at all and took a good 4 hours for a 89sqm house which was awesome! His expertise and advise on what to look out for was great and I was learning new things at the same time!

I thought I knew enough to do my own house inspection but had a headache and uneasy feeling after that. The inspector was detailed in picking up all the defects, including the hidden ones which would have given me a headache in the future. I have engaged Absolute Inspection as I know that I neither have the requisite knowledge, nor the patience to do a good defect check. Kenneth is punctual and arrives on time at 2pm. He is serious and diligent in his defect checking. He takes approximately 3.5 hours to check and has found 90+ defects in my house. He also goes through the defects with me and answers any queries which I have. In the 2nd inspection, Wee Kwang (the boss) also patiently went through the defects with the contractor. He has good rapport with the contractor and the contractor agrees with what he says. I believe if the words come from my mouth, the contractor may trust me less since I will be less convincing. Wee Kwang also takes the effort to answer any queries which I may have. Haha, new inexperienced owner like me has a lot of queries indeed! All in, I have no regrets on employing the services of Absolute Inspection. Kudos to Wee Kwang, Kenneth and Absolute Inspection!

Recently collected our keys and was recommended by my colleague to engage Wee Kwang from Absolute Inspection to help us check our bto defects. Initially we were still contemplating if we should engage them to help us check the defects. But we are really glad we did. Wee Kwang sent Chris for the 1st inspection and I was impressed. The check was really detailed and I’m very sure that most homeowners would not ever be this meticulous. Wee Kwang himself came down for the 2nd joint inspection and the 3rd inspection after the rectifications were done. Most of the defects reported after the 1st and 2nd inspections were rectified but there’s still a small list of defects that needs to be corrected. Wee Kwang really did his part and accompanied me to submit the new list of defects and even told me that I could always contact him again if I have questions or doubts or if there’s any issue after the rectifications are done. Overall, I’m really glad we engaged Absolute Inspection to carry out the defects check as they are really meticulous during the checks and their service is really good! And the plus point is, both Wee Kwang and Chris are really friendly.

Sunday, I panicked. Tho had checked for no obvious defects, I wasn’t sure inner piping, etc ok anot cos water n electricity weren’t on. In the end, decided to hire defects check company; those ‘inside’ problems are the ‘killers’, I feel ; also I agree with what someone in the group had said, our purchase -bto is not cheap.... I got absolute inspection because 1) Wei guang/the company replied my sms promptly; patiently answered my queries on a Sunday. 2) He also tried to accommodate my timing (Wed the last day to hand in form; tues sp activate my ac) My bto is �, only minor defects, yay � they are unexpected expenses; but I think it’s worthwhile; at least I feel assured after they checked (买个心安�) So I asked Wei guang for discount for Mgv... Chris, the guy who checked my bto defects was experienced; sharing some of his experience when asked. He’s also very patient with my queries ; he also accompanied me to find the bsc, helped me liaise with them too��� Photos showed are some examples of the “defects” which I considered them parts n parcels of a unit; he agreed can be ignored... but since I had paid for defects checked; might as well do up (since is foc)��

For a (busy) new homeowner, it’s a great convenience to get the plan outlined. (b)The inspection was thoroughly done. We obtained our keys in April this year, and initially thought that we are able to do the defect checks on our own. I engaged Absolute Inspection for my condo following strong recommendations from many of my friends and colleagues who had used their services before and told me not to waste time checking out other inspection companies which were offering lower fees but did not match up to Absolute Inspection's track record. Absolute Inspection really lived up to their name. The inspections were Absolutely detailed and the inspectors who came to my house, Chris and Chong Meng, were pretty knowledgeable about the various problems in my house. Wee Kwang came personally for the joint inspections. When the defects team saw him, they told me that they were very familiar with Absolute Inspection's checks and knew what he wanted. They also readily accepted all the reported defects without any question asked. When I stepped into my house for the handover inspection, any doubts that the rectified products might not have been resolved satisfactorily quickly disappeared. Wee Kwang checked through the whole list of defects in detail, never once assuming that the contractor had done a good job so that he could conveniently skip some items on the list. Indeed, he found some outstanding defects and the main contractor got his men to resolve on the spot. Wee Kwang was on hand to discuss with them on the best rectification solution and everything was completed smoothly. We are being serving by Wee Kwang and 1st inspection was done by Wayne. Wee Kwang is very prompt in response even at night time and very early in the morning (wonder what time is his sleeping time, haha) with favourable reply. Wayne inspection was thorough and detailed. We first contacted Absolute Inspection (AI) by dropping Wee Kwang an SMS at 11pm. He responded promptly, and this was the first sign that communications were going to be smooth and easy throughout their engagement. We got the 3 package session, and are pleased with the overall service. AI spotted several major and minor defects, which we likely would not have noticed. Furthermore, AI helped us to conduct the joint inspections with the developer/main contractor (D/MC), by walking the D/MC through every single defect. AI also filled up the defects list for us. All we had to do was to let them into the property, then we sat back and relaxed. We would definitely recommend AI for the comfort of mind and the convenience. Kim, Kenneth, Wee Kwang and Ronald were the AI personnel who conducted the inspections for us. Each was detailed and thorough. Wee Kwang was also helpful during the defects rectification process, as we could message him if we were not sure whether a defect had been rectified properly, and he would promptly let us know his views. I'd like to specifically commend Wayne, the inspector assigned for my unit's 1st defect check. Our appt was 2pm rightfully, but as he knew i'm already at the unit, he skipped lunch to drop by my unit earlier and saved me some idling time, its very much appreciated. (We did offer him some light snacks tho) The whole inspection was carried out very professionally and meticulously. There are so many defects that we would not have caught without Wayne's help. Just had my first and 2nd inspection both done in 1 day. Was impressed with the service, experience and process - starting from booking the appointment and accommodating my schedule (all done through messaging), to clearly briefing us on what is next after the 2nd inspection, what are the things we can do to ensure the developer moves the defects along, etc. The first inspection was done by Chris, 2nd joint inspection by Ronald, both showcased their unique skillsets relevant to the inspection, with Chris being very attentive to details and Ronald striking a balance in reaching agreement with developer on defects. More importantly, there were definitely defects that I did not catch but Chris did, so I would highly recommend new homeowners to use Absolute Inspection's services to give you peace of mind and ensure you miss no defects. Another plus point to highlight is that they have extensive experience for a lot of units at my place, thus they are able to pinpoint the common defects as well as reach an understanding with developer fast. I am glad for this defects inspection service available as it really saved time and effort. Wayne was assigned for my place, and being a small unit, the checks were completed in an hour. He is efficient and detailed, and covered areas that I would have missed. He suggested for a 2nd joint inspection with BSC on the same day, which was a good idea. I hadn't thought it was possible. Today is our first appointment with Kenneth & our first impression of our house was that there couldn't be much defects. We first meet Wee Kwang when he conducted a sharing on defect checking. His presentation made us feel that he really knew his stuff and that he and his team would be the perfect guides for us. My wife and i went for the 3 package session and goodness me it was the best decision we could have made. I am still in the midst of arranging the followup sessions but when Chris came to my flat, i was amazed at how thorough and detailed the inspection was. He also took the time to explain the process along with the various things he identified. I think i might help him up as he was explaining a lot (i was quite ignorant about a lot of things). It took him almost 3 hours plus to check the whole flat but he did not rush-through anything or even compromise on his quality. My partner and I went for the 3 Sessions package and we are really very pleased with the work done. On our first inspection, we had Chris who met us at our unit. We were around 10 to 15mins late because of heavy traffic and felt really bad for Chris who had to wait at the staircase landing for us. When we arrived, he cheerfully greeted us and went straight to work. The whole inspection lasted around 2-3hrs and following which, Chris was patient in explaining every defect that he had found. (He wrote 6 pages of defects in total) On our 2nd and 3rd inspection, Wee Kwang was our inspector and he had found additional defects caused / not rectified from the first touch up by HDB. He went through the entire house thoroughly again to ensure HDB did a good job (which they did not and Wee Kwang had to write list after list to submit to BSC). He even told us after the 3rd inspection that after the rectifications, we can take a photo of the "defects" and whatsapp him to let him check if the rectifications are okay or not! All in all, we are very pleased with their professional service and great attitude. Although one might think it is not that necessary to engage a defect specialist, we beg to differ. Many of the defects will definitely be missed by us if we did not engage them. We strongly recommend Wee Kwang and his team as we felt a peace of mind knowing that our new home was going to be "defectless". Cheers!

He explained to me all the major defects found and helped me fill in the forms. I just had to submit the forms which made the whole process so convenient. Had to trouble him to come back on the same day as BSC was available to do the joint inspection. He had no complains and was very helpful. Wee Kwang is the man I liaised with and he is very prompt and flexible. He conducted his independent inspection and was there for the defects closing joint inspection. They have good rapport with the contractors and I'm glad I got their help.

I just had my first property in my life inspected by Ben from Absolute. As an inexperienced owner, I felt it very necessary to get a professional team like Absolute to help run through the inspection process. Ben is the senior engineer who conducted the first round inspection of my unit. He came to my unit on time and was very meticulous during the inspection. The inspection stretched about 2 hours for my 2 bedder unit and Ben found a lot of defects that I would had otherwise neglected . He was very patient with all my questions and explained to me in detail what the defects were and how they could be rectified. I never knew that home defects inspection companies exist until I was referred to Absolute Inspection recently by friends. Although we had not collected our keys to the new apartment then, I contacted Wee Kwang to find out more about Absolute Inspection's services. It was a pleasant experience communicating with Wee Kwang who was very responsive and patient in his responses to me via whatsapp and email, despite his busy schedule. Without any hesitation, I scheduled the first house inspection appointment. We had our first inspection yesterday and it was undertaken by Wayne and Kenneth. When I first met them, I thought they looked young and was skeptical about how they could help me. However, I was wrong 🙂 Wayne and Kenneth know their stuff very, very well. My unit is slightly more than 1300sf with four bedrooms, a huge balcony and a fully-equipped kitchen. Wayne and Kenneth got into action the moment they reached my place. They conducted their checks separately, each covering different areas within the unit. Both were very meticulous and focused on their work. They could identify many defects that I believe a layman like me would never be able to. Being experienced inspectors, they knew what to check - from the flooring to the walls, the cabinet fittings, the air-conditioners, plumbing and even the kitchen equipment provided to us - nothing could escape their eagle eyes :). The entire inspection took four and a half hours, including the filing of defects using the app provided by the developer. Throughout the entire process, both Wayne and Kenneth were very focused and worked tirelessly. They also patiently explained the defects to my husband and me, and offered professional advice on the implications if the defects were not rectified. I feel that defects inspection requires an eye for details, tenacity and patience. Both Wayne and Kenneth carried their jobs so well that my husband and I were very impressed. I got Wee Kwang to inspect my home for 2 reasons. Firstly, being previously from BCA, he knew what to look out for. Secondly, he could provide an independent list of defects & articulate them accurately to the building management. The inspection was so thorough even hairline scratches on the balcony glass were highlighted. It’s money well spent as the building contractors took every of their defect observation seriously and rectified them without argument. I would recommend any new home owner to consider this independent check by Absolute.

Even after full payment at the end of the first inspection (there will be 2 more), he remains very detailed in his responses to my queries. This is what I will call excellent aftersale service, and we are very thankful for that. Due to work commitment, my dad was the one who was briefed by our inspector, Kim, at the end of first round. He told me the money spent is certainly worthwhile, for a major defect (hollow cement in the middle of my living hall) was detected, which would definitely have escaped our noob eyes. As for the rest of the defects detected, I don't think we would be able to spot even 30% of it. Thanks Wee Kwang and Kim. Keep up your good work!
I would give them six stars if I could. During the entire process of purchasing a condo in Singapore, the Absolute Inspection team was the one team unequivocally on my side at every point. They were detailed, helpful, timely and professional. Worth every penny of their fee!
We engaged Wee Kwang and team to perform the defects check for our BTO and his team has been extremely responsive, helpful and professional. Given that we were unfamiliar with what needed to be done for a defects check, Wee Kwang was very patient and communicated what needed to be done at every step along the way. He was also easy to reach when we had questions to clarify, and very accommodative when it came to scheduling. At the end of the first round of defects check, it is also obvious how thorough Kim (our inspector) was. We wouldn't have spotted 80% of it if we had tried doing the checks ourselves. We still have 2 more rounds of checks and rectification works to go through, but having such a professional team on task means we can be at ease knowing that the specialists will take care of the entire defects check process for us.

I went through three inspections already. I am happy with the services and will recommends it to my friends. The first defects inspection found a lot of defects that I couldn't find. For the 2nd and 3rd joint inspections with the BSC officer, let the professional inspector negotiates with the BSC officer. The BSC officer is more willing to do the defects touch-up for us if he hears from a professional inspector. Last the more important thing is I also learn the correct way to do defects check, and I believe it's helpful for me to do defects check myself after the reno works done. Cheers.

When we first collected our key, me and my Wife thought defect checking shouldn't be too hard and we tried to do it ourself. We only managed to identify some obvious defects which kinda got brushed away by the supervisors. As we feel that the home is where we are going to spend a lot of time in, we finally decided that we should leave it to professionals to deal with the BSC as they are more experienced. Wee Kwang was introduced to me by my fellow BTO Neighbour and he have been very accommodating to fit the earliest available slot for us amidst their busy schedule. Ben from their team came and started work immediately with 100s of stickers paste throughout our place, many of them are at places that did not even cross my mind during my initial check. Overall it is money well spent, and definitely recommended. The defects they find today, can potentially help to save hundreds or thousands in the future.

To have a peace of mind, we have decided to engage Wee Kwang and his team to help us with our BTO defects unit check. Wee Kwang is always prompt to respond. His team also did a fantastic job in spotting all the major and minor defects, even down to cosmetic defects. Thereafter, they promptly filled in the defect lists for us for submission to the BSC people. I was glad that Wee Kwang came personally for the 3rd inspection. He started to do thorough checks as to whether the defects have been rectified by the BSC. There and then, he started to spot more defects and filled in a new set of defect lists. Wee Kwang is thorough in his checks, even down to the bare cement flooring, missing parts, etc. He is patient, professional, and did his best to talk to the BSC people regarding the defects. I'm glad that they provided after services, as I was worried that this was the last time I have an expert to help rectify my home's defects. Thanks to Wee Kwang for accommodating my request to do the inspection on a Sunday afternoon. Wee Kwang is always responsive to my messages and calls and prompt follow up on all the deliverables. I really like the level of details the inspectors put in their check for my unit. They are friendly and very willing to answer your questions and advise accordingly with their professional knowledge. All together the inspectors have captured more than 100 defects (thank god nothing major) and have carefully list down every defect on the defects form for our submission. All in all, a good experience so far and I am looking forward to the joint inspection where Wee Kwang team will be around to assist �

Very blessed to have read about Absolute inspection through the web. We are deeply impressed by Wee Kuang and Kim for their speed, eye for details and professionalism, they were able to detect things which can be blind to most new owners and to add on they were well equipped with tools during the inspection processes. We were advised by most friends that it was needless for an inspection unless a furnished condo but this was the best dollar spent! One will be amazed how many defects can be found in a BTO. I started talking to a few defect-checking companies a few months before collecting my keys. And finally decided to engage Absolute Inspection because Wee Kwang (the boss) was very helpful, gave professional advice and always responsive (unless he’s amid giving a talk or doing inspections with other owners). Wee Kwang and his team of inspectors are very experienced, efficient and very very thorough and detailed in identifying every single defect. They will pick up major defects that could potentially lead to other problems in the future (e.g. hollow tiles, uneven surface and etc.) down to cosmetic issues such as chips, scratches and stains! And the way Absolute Inspection compile and document the defect lists make it easy for the Developer’s defect-rectification team to carry out their rectification works and for the owners to follow up. And most important of all, it allows every defect in the house, whether identified or not, to be covered in the defect list. During the joint inspection with the Developer’s defect-rectification team, Wee Kwang was present to run through the defect lists and talk to the contractor on what to be rectified. This whole process was done in a cordial and professional manner so that the contractor would not try to push it off as difficult or impossible or not a defect. On hindsight, engaging Wee Kwang and Absolute Inspection was the right choice! The entire defect-checking and rectification process was smooth and I could then focus on planning for my renovation. Absolute Inspection’s services didn’t end after the final inspection. Wee Kwang continues to be very helpful and responsive to any questions that I have asked him.
Thanks Wee Kwang for slotting a slot for inspection in such short notice. Today Wayne came and check for the defects in my house and upon reaching my place, he started work immediately. Found several defects which my ID told me was minor and no repairs are required, but Wayne assured me all defects will be reported and they will check after BCA rectified it. After 2.5hrs of thorough inspection by Waybe, he did a walkthrough and told me on the defects he spotted. Very well explained and worked professionally. Had arranged another round of joint inspection with BCA and requested Wee Kwang for a slot this Sat and once again he tried to make time for me again. Really appreciate their help in checking, the money is really well spent and totally worth it.

When we collected the keys to our house, we were very sure we wanted to hire a defects inspection company to help us inspect our house. After all, this is probably the biggest investment in our lives so it makes sense to get someone experienced and technically knowledgeable to do a proper job for us. Many of the more popular defect inspection companies in the market we spoke to did not impress us or give us the assurance that they were able to do a proper and technically sound inspection for our house. In contrast, Absolute Inspection really stood out in terms of their technical knowledge and experience. The boss, Wee Kwang, was from BCA, the authority which sets quality standards for the construction industry, and he was able to clarify a lot of our doubts with regards to the various workmanship issues and provisions in our house. Even his inspector, Ben, who did the inspection for our house was just as experienced and was able to offer practical advice on how we should treat those workmanship defects found in our house. I have to admit that Absolute Inspection fee is slightly higher than the other inspection companies. But I would gladly pay the extra $100 for the engineering and construction experience that they offer and the peace of mind knowing that they REALLY know how to inspect and take care of my valuable asset. This is so much better than to do the inspection myself or to go with another inspection company which does not have the same level of expertise as them. Special thanks to Wee Kwang and ben for the detailed and professional inspection because not many companies will have their boss to be at the site to do the inspections and verifications personally. Booking an appt with Absolute Inspection was seamless and they were even accomodative as I had to push back the appointment abit later on the day itself. Kenneth did the inspection of our house, and he was very experienced and meticulous. After inspecting, he even spared some time showing and explaining the defects, minor and major ones that were found. Was introduced to Wee Kwang through a friend who recently did his inspection by Absolute Inspection at his new flat in Boon Keng and heard good reviews, thought I'd do the same. Wee Kwang was friendly, quick to respond and no question was too small, he'd answer them all. So from a quote to finally making an appointment after collecting my own keys, Wee Kwang walked me through how many defect lists I needed to have on standby, and I was able to set up an appointment in the coming few days. James came over and did up the defects list/ inspection for my 3-Room flat in Toa Payoh, and was on the dot in punctuality, and a thorough worker, not leaving anything unchecked. I had about 50-60 defects in all, mostly minor. He also advised me to try to ask for a combined inspection with BSC and him on the same day. Though I wasn't able to do that on the same day, I appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. I met Wee Kwang 2 days later to do my combined inspection with BSC and he added a couple more items to the defects list. Having worked with the BSC people on another project before, it quickly put my mind at ease knowing though newly set up, Wee Kwang and team have already done countless houses and are specialists at what they do. For the price I'm paying to have a peace of mind, and to know what they can look out for when I can't, I say they are a company that will guide any first time home owners through, whilst being really good at their job. As a first time home owner, I found the checking for defects difficult. Wee Kwang was prompt in responding to queries while Wayne, who did the first inspection, did a thorough job in checking and tagging. The different types of tags that he used also made it easier for me to understand the severity of each defect found. He was also more than willing to explain what he was doing. Had my defects inspection done by Wayne and Kenneth today and am very pleased with their hard work. As a first time home owner, I have zero knowledge on what are considered defects, hence I decided to engage a specialist to assist me in doing so before I begin renovation. It was indeed an eye-opening experience when they could identify that my cooker hood is slanted, door frames are not aligned properly and shelf pins are rusty. Besides cosmetic defects, other major defects spotted include water seepage, debris in drain, hollow flooring, rusty parts of external staircase and roof terrace. After the thorough inspection by both of them over 3 hours and numerous forms later (100+ defects), Wayne explained the defects found, area by area and what remedies would be done to resolve the defects. Upon hearing from his team members that some parts of the high windows cannot be checked due to the high ceiling, Wee Kwang came down at the end of the inspection with ladder in tow to check the remainder. Ben was punctual, friendly and efficient when he did the first inspection for our BTO yesterday. James was very patient and walked us through the defects. He found reasonable defects which I don't think I would have noticed. I was initially sceptical about such services but now I think it is money well spent.
I recently engaged their service, Wee Kwang and team are very responsive to enquiries, questions and following up in all 3 inspection and rectification meetings. It is extremely helpful for people who do not understand or know exactly how and what to check and look out for in your inspection of new house. For the first inspection, after more than 3 hours, they walk me through all the defects (more than 60+) where some I wouldn't have look into at all. just got my unit inspected by absolute inspection. james did a really good job in find all the minor defects from my flat. took 2+ hours to inspect a 4 room flat without flooring and doors. would recommend people to take up cause BTO has just too many defects.

I had engaged Wee Guang and his team to inspect my 4-room BTO. Given my busy schedule, it was well worth the money spent for the amount of defects that they had identified. Wee Guang also helped to communicate the defects to the BSC office and ensure that the defects are rectified. He is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Wee kwang was very responsive on Facebook and managed to get me an appointment for defects checking within the week. He arrived promptly with Kenneth on the actual day. Kenneth was very conscientious and detailed in his checking. After leaving the house for an hour, i came back to a house full of post-it. Kenneth also was able to explain to me the defects detected. Most were so invisible but important that they could not have been spotted by the untrained eye. I had engaged Absolute Inspection to check on the defects of my unit and was very surprised with the amount of defects that they were able to identify (My unit was full of post its when I opened my unit for the 2nd round of checks..haha!) A total of 70plus defects were listed from uneven paint job to scratches on the window and other small defects. I wouldn't have known that even the smallest of defects can be reported to BSC. Special thanks to their staff James who thoroughly checked my unit during the first round and their boss Wee Kwang who run through the defects with BSC during the 2nd round. Highly recommended! Wee Kwang and team are very experienced and helped to lodge over 150 over defects for my house with the developer. They were very thorough in their checks! And the three inspection rounds with them were very useful as they know how to handle the developer and the main contractor of the development. ( 1st round was to lodge the defect , 2nd round was the joint inspection, 3rd round was after the defect rectification )
I had a good one round inspection with Ben. When I check for myself I saw like about 10 defects. Ben inspect got about 50 defects! Recommended for people who got no idea on what to look out for.

We just went through the first inspection of our BTO unit with Wayne from Absolute Inspection and so far it has been a smooth and fuss-free experience. Even from the start, Wee Kwang (company boss) has been very communicative and responsive - he was able to work around our schedules and arrange an inspection time very quickly. On the actual day itself, we were surprised by how easy the process was. After Wayne arrived at the agreed time, we simply left him to his work for a few hours and returned to find that hundreds of defects have been meticulously tagged out with blue tape. We had actually thought that our unit was in quite an acceptable condition but little did we know that there were so many defects which can be flagged for rectification. That's the advantage of having the pros at work - we might have spent many frustrating hours and picked out only a fraction of the defects. After we returned, Wayne gave us a good walkthrough of the identified defects in each room and provided us with the completed checklist (in impeccable handwriting I must say). Now, we can look forward to the rectification process with more confidence as we know that we will have the expertise of Wee Kwang and his team with us along the way. Thanks guys!
Just did the first inspection today, and they have given us a very positive first impression. Not only are they very observant in their craft they also explained to me the various defects. They've also explained to me the next steps I need to take with the condo management. They're also very responsive to queries face to face and online.

We would like to say a BIG thank you to Wee Kwang and his team for doing a great job our home inspection (BTO). We couldn’t agree more with the other positive reviews already provided. Absolute Inspection is really a guarantee of a service that is prompt, professional and proficient. We engaged their services at the eleventh hour and wish we had made that decision much early. That would save us the time and stress from trying to find out how to do it on our own. The pleasant experience started with the VERY prompt response provided by Wee Kwang. Contacted him late at night and he got back first thing in the morning with an appointment. There was even a discount provided for our BTO :D. They provided a total of 3 joint inspections and they left no stones unturned. Despite their packed schedule, Wee Kwang tried his best to arrange for a time slot to accommodate my last-minute requests. Really appreciate that! Kenneth arrived punctually for the 1st inspection and started combing the flat for defects almost immediately. Within 3 mins, he detected at least 4 defects on places I have looked at several times but did not find anything. We left the house with him from 2pm to about 6.30pm and came back to our house filled with tapes and annotations! Kenneth did a thorough job checking every window, every tile, every corner of the house. As there was no lights in our flat, Kenneth even had to rely on the torchlight from his phone to fill up the defect list towards the end. The descriptions he wrote were clear and his handwriting was impressively neat! (AND he is so tall, with just a tip toe, he could check places that we will not be able to see!!! :D) He could not accompany us to BSC because it was a weekend evening and the office was closed. Although Wee Kwang offered the flexibility to accompany us to BSC on another date if we really needed, we felt that the list and Kenneth's explanation would suffice. And indeed, the list was comprehensive enough that the contractors could complete almost all the 69 defects found. Wayne and Jeff came for 2nd and 3rd inspection subsequently and helped us to find a few new defects and some earlier ones that were not done/not done well. They met up the supervisor with us. Very professionally and firmly, they helped us to talk to supervisor and managed to get him to agree to rectify them for us. All the inspectors were very patient in explaining the defects to us. Despite having different inspectors in the follow-up appointments, both Wayne and Jeff knew exactly what to check for and what to follow-up on with the initial defect list. I will recommend, without hesitation, their excellent service to homeowners like us who really want the defect checking to be a less painful process! We are glad we made the right decision to engage their services! Great job guys and thank you!
Being a first time owner, we have no clue of how to defect checking. Googled it out and we came across Absolute Inspection. After reading all the good reviews from their clients, our instinct told us to engage them. Although they have been very busy lately, Wee Kwang has been accommodative to my request and he was always prompt in replying to my emails. Thank you, Wee Kwang! James who came down for the inspection did such an amazing and thorough job! We were amazed that he could spot such a tiny defect which we both didn't notice it before. He went through and show us all the defects, be it the major and minor ones. Not only that, James is such a pleasant inspector and is friendly. As a 1st time house owner we have no idea how to do defect checking and we were afraid that we may miss any major defects thus we decide to engage professional defect inspectors. Ben and James who came to inspect our place at sea horizon was very professional and getting on work the moment they arrived. I can see that it was pretty hard work to check every single corner and test every single tile. Found about Absolute Inspection from my neighbours who created fb group (recent TOP development). I was hesistant at the beginning and asked some of my friends to identify defects. After trying for few hours identifying defects (discussing whether it is defect or not, taking few pictures of same defect because afraid it might be blurred) until it gets dark and we can't see anymore. At the end one of my friends told me that since I have paid a lot for the house, engaging professional defect only cost

Found Absolute Inspection via Google "HDB BTO defects check service". Reading their Testimonial by clients initiate me to engage their service, which i'm glad i did! My wife and i were a clueless couple to search high & low for defects after we collected our keys. We even say "looks okay" but my instinct says otherwise. Thus, gave SMS to Mr Wee and his reply was very prompt. I requested an appointment on the next day which is today and he really tried his best and managed to get one for me. Neither was i late nor early, one of his employee, Mr Wayne, was already at my doorstep and started the defects check on my door. That was a very good 1st impression for me & wife. Open my house and leave him for around 10-15mins, entered, my house was decorated with alot of coloured tapes already. That really make us felt our money was well spent!
